Sunrise

Im having some days off from my hotel job and now Im seeing more sunrises..not everyday is as beautiful as some days tho..luckily, last saturday it's one of those days that a sunrise is really breathtaking...wish i were in the beach tho so i could have taken some better shots :(

Breakfast Meal

Since working in the hotel in the wee hours of the morning, I never really had a proper breakfast. I'll just normally have a piece of bread, mug of milo and few pieces of rockmelon, honeydew or pineapple. Sometimes, if I really get unlucky, I'll have James' endless chatters or Santiago's teasings as my breakfast. Tough,eh?

So, today, Sunday and I didnt have to go to work I decided to treat myself with my "proper" breakfast i.e rice, meat and egg or what we normally known as "silog". Today, it's gonna be "tapsilog" ..and of course, a cup of hot coffee and sukang with sili as my dip...Yum!!!...

*sighs* I want my normal mornings back

Sunset

Christchurch, being in the eastern part of the country, doesn't really have a good shot for sunsets. Sun rises in our part of the world but I seldom witness it because I am normally at work before the sun even rises.

However, yesterday after I left the library around 5.10pm I looked up the sky and the sunset was really magnificent. Luckily, I brought my camera with me, hoping to get some of the city's dusk scenes.

Here are some shots. The buildings are quite distracting but these are the urban sunsets..hehe...
